It’s a phrase Tony lives by. Using his teaching bonus from the previous school year, he funded the beginnings of Beacon House, Inc. in 2017. A positive snowball effect has evolved the organization into several programs in multiple locations around the region. As an avid traveler, Tony has taught students around the world and close to home. His experience teaching in a large urban school district revealed a gap between low-income students and the tools they needed to be successful in their education.
